Prior to joining International Business Exchange Inc. in August 1997, Mike Miller had an accomplished career in both the Domestic and International Markets. Serving three Global Corporations, Armco Steel, Cooper Industries, and BTR as Operational Executive, his career includes Manufacturing, Distribution, Steel Products, Energy, and Support Services Globally. While most of his Professional Tenure was with leading Corporations, he has developed Professional Skills, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Global Operations, Global Turnarounds that has served him well for M&A Industry he serves today. Mr. Miller has owned and operated his own businesses to include Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution. While serving as VP International Business Exchange Inc the last 27 years, he has been involved with over 200 Privately Held Company Sales.
Mr. Miller has contributed to the field of Merger and Acquisitions by serving as Officer at the Chapter of TABB (Texas Association of Business Brokers) and has served two years as the President of the State Association. He serves and supports other industry Associations, IBBA (International Business Brokers Association), and M&A Source.

Mr. Miller holds a Texas Real Estate License and a BBA Degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
